Read Leaflet
The leaflet says "Warning! Tolls, goblins, and other monsters are reported in your area. Please evacuate immediately." It also has a hand drawn picture of a troll.
You put the leaflet back in the mailbox and look around. You notice that there is an old abandon house down the hill. The wooden plank walls are old and in disrepair. The house's windows are boarded up. Beside the house is a tool shed that looks to be in slightly better shape than the house.
