You open the mailbox. There is a leaflet inside. It has clearly been here for awhile.
The leaflet says "Warning! Tolls, goblins, and other monsters are reported in your area. Please evacuate immediately." It also has a hand drawn picture of a troll.
You put the leaflet back in the mailbox and look around. You notice that there is open meadow with an old abandon house and a tool shed. The wooden plank walls of the house and tool shed are old and in disrepair. You seriously doubt that anyone still lives here.
